"Stress" has become such a common term and feeling in our busy culture. Join us at the Co-op on Saturday morning, 4/27, for this informal and interactive presentation with Maitreyi Kim Nixon, a local yoga teacher and massage therapist. Kim will be sharing some simple movement and breathwork techniques that we can use for daily self care, as well as some tips on how to incorporate these practices into our busy lives. This presentation is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. There will also be FREE PASSES for Kim's yoga classes!
